The Pro Caissons Family
At Pro Caissons we know people are our greatest asset. Our staff are not only employees, they are our family. All of our senior employees have a minimum of 20 years of experience and everyone on staff has regular Health and Safety, and First Aid certification.

Kyle McMahon & Tyler Magee, Owners
Kyle McMahon and Tyler Magee are both licensed Professional Engineers. Kyle McMahon is a Geological Engineering graduate from Waterloo University with 15+ years of experience in heavy civil shoring and foundation construction. Tyler Magee is a Civil/Structural Engineering graduate from McMaster University with 15+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
Tyler and Kyle both bring experience from a broad range of roles they have held throughout their careers - from site supervision to operations and management. Their expertise allows them to bring innovation, value engineering and unique technical solutions to all projects.
Dan Gale, Founder & Past President
Dan Gale brings 55+ years of experience to Pro Caissons Ltd. Focused now on business development, Dan co-founded Pro Caissons in 1979. Dan’s experience as a foundation specialist working all over the world brings a unique perspective to the team. Dan is also a fully licensed Crane and Drill Rig Operator.
Rob Gale, Operations Manager
Growing up in the business, Rob has 30 years of experience at Pro Caissons. He is a fully licensed Crane Operator but focuses on the scheduling of equipment and manpower to ensure all projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget.
